Grace Phillips is a business and leadership coach, guide, and practitioner devoted to helping women lead, build, and make decisions without abandoning themselves.
Grace Phillips is the founder of Mystical Insights by Grace, the creator of The Divine Feminine Businesswoman™, and the creator and steward of Tending the Mystical Dream offerings — including Tending the Mystical Dream — 13-Month Moon Temples and Tending the Mystical Dream — Yoga Nidra.
Her work integrates professional rigor with depth, ethics with imagination, and structure with soul.
My Orientation
I work with women who sense that their work, leadership, and livelihood are not separate from their inner life — yet who still want clarity, competence, and grounded professional support.
Many of the women I serve are:
- in transition or reorientation
- carrying responsibility, visibility, or leadership
- high-achieving but inwardly misaligned
- seeking depth without dogma
- ready for a way of working that is sustainable and humane
I believe leadership can be ethical and embodied.
I believe business can succeed without urgency or self-destruction.
And I believe clarity emerges when women are trusted to listen inwardly.
The Work I Offer
Through Mystical Insights by Grace, I steward an integrated ecosystem of offerings, including:
- The Divine Feminine Businesswoman™ — a professional and sacred ecosystem of business and leadership coaching, archetypal formation, and ethical decision support
- Tending the Mystical Dream — 13-Month Moon Temples — a cyclical, imaginal pathway supporting inner life, rhythm, and symbolic awareness
- Tending the Mystical Dream — Yoga Nidra — on-demand guided practices for deep rest and relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner listening
Some women engage in this work seeking professional coaching. Others experience it as formational, imaginal, or devotional.
All paths are entered by choice. Nothing is required.
My Approach
My work draws from:
- professional business and leadership coaching
- Jungian-inspired depth psychology and symbolic listening
- archetypal frameworks for leadership maturity
- legal literacy and decision-support (non-advisory)
- cyclical and imaginal practices that support sustainability
I hold clear boundaries between coaching, education, and spiritual practice, and I prioritize consent, pacing, and psychological safety.
A Note on Spirituality
My work is quietly rooted in reverence for life and devotion as a way of being. This devotion informs how I hold space, not what others are asked to believe.
Spiritual language is never imposed.
Women of all backgrounds — spiritual, religious, secular, or questioning — are welcomed with respect and care.
Why I Do This Work
I have witnessed how often women are asked to sacrifice their bodies, their rhythms, or their inner authority in order to succeed.
This work exists to offer another way — one that honors clarity, dignity, rhythm, and responsibility.
Closing Line
I do not offer formulas. I offer orientation, formation, and a way of working that can be lived with integrity.
